APC: Ekiti House of Reps mourn APC chairman, Omotoso

Members of the House of Representatives from Ekiti State have expressed sadness over the death of the state chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Paul Omotoso.

Omotoso died at a medical facility in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital in the early hours of Wednesday, after a brief illness.

In a statement of condolence issued in Abuja and signed by the leader of the caucus, Olufemi Bamishele, the federal lawmakers said Omotoso’s passing left a void in the hearts of all Ekiti members of the House of Representatives who were all elected on the platform of the APC.

The statement read in part, “His (Omotoso’s) leadership was marked by unwavering dedication to the APC and tireless efforts to advance the peace, progress, and prosperity of Ekiti State
